Re: Night Shift

@rav3n i've only just got it to between 12 and 2am.. just nodded off then

Re: Night Shift

good on you! @plasmo i'm working on getting mine to that time too, it takes time hey. you're making progress, that's huge 😊

one thing that slightly helps me with waking up is that i immediately open my curtains to let the sun in at my first alarm. even though i don't get out of bed straight away, the sunlight helps me feel less groggy i guess.

are you good with your sleep hygiene? i never realised how big of an impact it made till last year, i could definitely sense a difference.

Re: Night Shift

i've made more effort lately, doc gave me melatonin, without that i probably wouldn't have been able to make much progress.

Re: Night Shift

i'm gonna see if i can walk, gotta get away from screens and wear myself out a bit.

Dear @rav3n @Mazarita @plasmo @TAB @Meowmy

so………I jump out of bed almost straight away. I know. It’s what happens when you’re a single parent with small children and haven’t trained myself to stay …….. in bed.
