Have a good one

Re: Tabaluga's

Good morning @StuF! Its quite sunny and windy about in Melbourne. Did some "rolfing" this morning. Its released a lot of tension in my musculature. Stress, trauma and negative emotions all get held in the body and is not localised in the brain! So its great to get bodywork if you can. I saw a former psychologist who said she got better results with her clients doing a variant of Rolfing compared to talk therapy

Re: Tabaluga's

Thank you @Meowmy I always feel happier when I know that I have been in your thoughts 🤗

@TAB I only asked because the pain you were describing seems similar to how Gallstone pain starts.

Or it could be stomach acid drink water. Peppermint tea. Kefir.

Re: Tabaluga's
