Re: Tabaluga's

@Meowmy  just caught up on some sleep here.rest day today

Re: Tabaluga's

Good morning @TAB just doing my astro diary for next year and listening to my Rife. May go off and meditate a bit later. Did not know Kyanite was a stone which can be used to calm yourself into a prior relaxed state before meditation. Will have to give it a try. In the past would do box breathing to relax my nervous system

Got some sweet potato in the oven - mash for lunch lol.

Did some Wei Qi qigong this morning its a new series of techniques. Am so excited about doing the mini course on it but will stick with what I know for now. It feels so good.  Will introduce another technique tomorrow as part of Wei Chi cultivation tomorrow

Astro diary for January is now complete. Mars is aligning with my moon's north node from Friday (north none is at the point where the moon crosses the earths elliptic) until the first quarter of next year. Got a piece of yellow jasper which is known as a "seeker stone" which will align me with that cosmic energy and points me in the best direction.  North node is the direction you must take. Its being activated in my chart so will use yellow jasper to bring about the best action (ie mars = action)

Re: Tabaluga's

Glad you are keeping busy @SmilingGecko  bit of a rest day here. in and out of bed. water was off for over an hour this morning and gave up waiting for a pump at servo. 1 person sitting in car parked checking their bible quotes or something, one filling up and 2 in shop. and the rest of pumps were diesel ha ha lol

Re: Tabaluga's

Mercury is now in "shadow" and will go retrograde in another week or so, so expect queues and traffic jams more than usual @TAB plus road rage!

We also have a full moon this Saturday too which is a supermoon so it will be at its closest approach to earth. A supermoon literally looks so full and verdant and just sits heavily in the sky. So its going to be volatile

I usually drink coconut water before sleep so the neurotransmitters in my brain don't go haywire during a full moon's gravitational pull. It stops insomnia during a full moon. I learnt it from a healer

Re: Tabaluga's

did dishes, trying to tidy up a bit @Meowmy  got washing on and paused waiting for me to have a shower lol. should make me feel a bit better lol

Re: Tabaluga's

Thank-you @Glisten it was just mashed sweet potato. Once my wisdom tooth extraction site has healed will put it mashed in a sandwich wrap with steamed cauli florets and pomegranate arils with fresh coriander. Saw the recipe idea on the front of a buckwheat wafer biscuit package. But will put it in a wrap instead! 😍

Yes be careful on the roads at this time @TAB we are also in the silly season leading right up until xmas.  I'm giving myself extra lee-way on public transport, bank ATMs and supermarket queues and trying not to be angry in the process
