@Bunniekins we are probably fit as we were. Pick which you feel comfortable with.  Pilates can be hard on the body if not fit maybe the women's gym.. I have got to some thing now.  In the meantime go for a walk

@Gibbs   dressing up going to dinner going to theatre and then drinks afterwards.  wonderful. i used to go to theatre premieres because my mother worked for an exec at a tv channel.  we would get opening night tickets and i would take  b with me mainly because he was good fun.
