Re: Tabaluga's

Morning my beautiful @Bunniekins, I'm not good at the moment. It's freezing here and I'm still hiding in my bed. How are you feeling?

Re: Tabaluga's

@Dreamy hey dreamy, sorry to hear your rough night. I am okay for the moment. There is a meeting later which could be taxing. Take care.

Re: Tabaluga's

Good Morning @StuF @Meowmy @Bunniekins @PeppyPatti @Appleblossom @Glisten @Oaktree @ENKELI @MDT @Emelia8 @Clawde  and All

just braved shower here, re cold and cold mornings. Feel better for it. Made breakfast burger, mince patty, melted cheese and egg lots salt pepper and tom sauce lol

had a go at home gym first time in a year maybe, ok had been to local gym 6mths ago phps.

Weakest ever.felt things doing some exercises never felt before lol. just thought have i been in hosp no weakness, well I was , plus sleep all day and try and minimise walking around house, like wait til 2 things to carry not 1 or reaching for things when should get off lounge cos sick of getting up cos too hard. reminds me of old storeman on a mine shutdown years ago. he was huge prob similar to me and now and age. people said his son got him the job. he got an a/c installed so it was on him all the time as he sat behind counter, with his reaching stick to get things of hooks on wall ha ha. thats what i have become.. there was another guy at huge old house with 3 tenants in separate areas. landlords said he had a good job, then lost it, then 2 years later he's huge, got raggedy beard and hair like on Stranded and walking on thongs with his feet half off them sideways, so may as well been bare foot. used to see him once in a while staggering home from pizza shop with like 2 -3 family pizzas after he'd been to pub  cheque day .. getting too close to my reality now. when I was there looking down at him, calling him a mutant behind his back and my mate stirring me that was me, well it sorta is now.. jeez I was 37 then.and 50kegs lighter. had just finished undergraduate degree at uni, worked part time to keep me in drink, had sort of social life lol. smiling now. I was so young.
