Re: Tabaluga's

Hey @ENKELI
Reading your post, I'm holding you and the memory of your little brother  in my thoughts.

Thank you for sharing such a tender and honest reflection with us. 15 years is a key moment in anyone's life. It feels right that you've been walking through the last couple of days in a different kind of time.
What you wrote about feeling "wistful ......... It's such a beautiful and poignant description of how love and grief evolve. All those memories of the hijinks, the prank calls – it sounds like such a special relationship. Yeah...gentle sense of wistfulness.
It reminds me so much of my own journey with Jon Kabat-Zinn's teachings. For years, I’ve been practicing the art of just being with what is, without judgment. Your post is a perfect illustration of that. It's not about forcing happiness or ignoring the ache of loss, but about allowing the feeling of wistfulness to simply be there, holding it with a gentle awareness. You’re not trying to fix it or push it away; you're simply letting it be part of you.
Thinking of you and it feels in my mind - your honoring your little brother and the light he brought into the world. Be gentle with yourself.
And right back at you – may your crown stay firmly in place.

Please don't think I'm being pushy but this is the meditation I listened to for years. I didn't really understand it for a very long time ..
