I come from Irish, Shetland, and Nordic stock, but love Italian and French cuisine 😊

I remember driving my cousin's Falcon, it was an XE or XF model. The tyres were so big that I had to be careful turning corners. I was glad it had Kalgoorlie rego plates so if I drove it a little too fast or being a hoon, I could pretend I was a country driver!!
