Oh , okay re joke @Bill16 . got back to back gym and dietician soon. rang periodontist  re appt new front tooth. rang chemist to have script waiting when I get there. did washing, did dishes, ,split wood, few other odds and sods. Got new person for gym today as usual one pulling a long weekend lol. anyway wont be doing anything can't/don't want to do. might be last visit w dietician, they want to send me to a psych lol. She's like a model,hey bill , bit distracting. cheap thrills for me as dirty old man tho
