Re: Feeling like I'm not doing enough

Hi @cozy_726

Just checking in to see how you're doing?

Hope you're feeling less tired, more able to manage your daily commitments and are being kinder to yourself for making it through another day.

On the subject of burnout, sufficient sleep prevents mental and emotional exhaustion. It allows the brain to recharge, which helps prevent burnout. Sleep also helps lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, this helps us cope better with daily pressures. Overall, we function better when we are well rested. We are more able to regulate our nervous system, handle adversity and challenges and maintain our sense of engagement in our daily lives.

Kindly alisse
