Good morning @MDT finding the forums got me through that episode I wrote about. Thankyou for taking the time to read it ( it is quite long!). And yes, it does seem we all have to contend with loneliness which is why this forum is a lifeline. I'm so greatful to have been so kindly welcomed in. 😊 How are you today?

I am feeling alright this morning. Was pretty bad last night. Just gonna take it easy.

I'd love for you to tag me in your thread @MDT I'm glad you're feeling better today, and nights can be a shocker for me also especially when my son is away. I'm sleeping through the night thanks to meds thank goodness. Hope you have an easy day xx
