Re: My Mosaic

Hi @Snowie

not really any better. I sent my SW a text again last night. Told her that if mum wasn’t away I think I should really be in hospital 😩

I missed a call from her this morning. She’s gonna come do a home visit tomorrow.

Re: My Mosaic

Acknowledging that you need extra support is really brave @Bow Perhaps a hospital stay is needed hon, when your mum gets back.

I know how hard it is to juggle our own mental health and have to look after kids. Putting their needs before our own.

Well done for sending that text too. Hopefully your SW does come tomorrow.

Have you done much today? Any more crafts?

Re: My Mosaic

Yeah @Snowie

hard to acknowledge that and hard to hit that send button

I had to take all the kittens and mum out to the clinic for all their checks, vaccines and microchips. They were all good, but did not like all the needles. Vet said they will all be right to book them in in 3 weeks time for desexing, including mum. So will have them for 3 more weeks.
we were also told by our foster cat coordinator that we have been awarded foster carer of the month.

Been doing a little craft. And a lot of laying on the couch

how about you?

Re: My Mosaic

Very hard to hit that send button @Bow A great achievement in just that. Takes a lot of courage.

I remember now you saying about the cats and the vet. That's great you got foster carer of the month. Well done hon.

Once they are all desexed do they get given to new homes?

Just getting out of the house can sometimes be challenging, so time on couch seems well deserved.

I had my psych this morning. Just via tele health. Feels like I spent the rest of the day recovering. Time on couch too.

Re: My Mosaic

Yeah when we drop them off for desexing we say our goodbyes and don’t see them again. They go straight up for adoption @Snowie

Them appointments can take a lot out of us eh. Hope it was helpful in some way

Re: My Mosaic

I know you've done it before @Bow but would you take another litter?

Yes it can take lots out of us. Hoping it helped.

Have you got many plans for the rest of the week?

I keep forgetting school is still going since S is finished!
