It’s the weekend they don’t really have much, you mainly have to go wait in Emergency to be seen. Had to go again today as my SH thoughts and urges were strong they were useless this time, my case manager is back tomorrow so that will be extremely helpful. 

it’s draining advocating for yourself.

I went back to hospital and they weren’t helpful. @tyme

I'm sorry to hear they weren't helpful. I read that you will be seeing your case manager soon? @Fluttershy1 Maybe you can talk to them about it?

I will be and I will also be putting in a complaint, it’s not right the way they have been treating me…..

 

things are not great. I’m not in a good headspace.

my safety plan and tell you something that might trigger here but I’m safe. @tyme
