Group sessions

Hi

My history with depression and anxiety has been with me since I was about 15 years old.  I am what you call treatment resistant.

I am looking for a group session to meet and talk to other people who are suffering in silence with no one to talk to.

When you put "mental health support groups in *insert suburb*, you'll be able to find ones closer to your location. Here are some online and in-person ones groups in Australia:

The online community here is also a great one. We get to share our lived experiences anonymously and support one another. You deserve to be heard.
