i am in supported living type place

Beautiful

My 2 cats are with me

 

It is lunchtime here

A PSW has just bought lunch to my room

 

I feel spoilt!?

you are worth it re 'spoilt' @StanD  I feel bit the same when in hosp though.

not much changed here. Anyway. I'm okay. I'm fed,well enough,paying bills,still in own house after 2 years,so could be worse. been going to exercise physio I get for free 

Sorry for going on. Still have cat that adopted me here. Hope the rest of your day goes okay.😊

Haha @tyme It’s a gorgeous picture. I am really glad you are in secure housing. Enjoy any good that comes your way. Glad you have 2 cats. We now are back to being a 2 cat household.

 

@TAB physio can really be worth it.

It's like having a personal trainer but with bit more thought behind what is done maybe @Appleblossom  no fixing sore spots like a physio old do. It's planned exercise . Guess you know that

Yep @TAB I did gym and the pool for 20 years, so can tell a good trainer, but the full physio info, is gold, cos at our age, there is more to it than…

no gain without pain…. 

cos that can cause problems.
