New here

Hi all new here. Been on a rollercoaster ride but am open to trying new things. Been diagnosed as schizophrenic after losing my job. The future looks a little scary but walking and trying to stay positive seems to help.

@p1 Diagnosis is very scary.  Walking is great and eat and drink well ( the right stuff of course). lol

I am the daughter of 2 schizophrenics whatever that means.  I no longer think the doctors know as much as they pretend.
