Well I found my way here.

Hi, not sure where to start with this.

Looking for a like minded community that can help me navigate late in life ADHD diagnosis (possibly autism as well) as well as developing skills for coping with life and everything

My journey began when coping with my wife's diagnosis and treatment for MS. I spiralled into depression and a constant daily battle with anxiety. To cut a long story short,  I was diagnosed with ADHD and have been also been medicated for depression and anxiety.

Each day I work through my challenges in my life realising more and more I have been making so well for years.
