Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@Emelia8  5 weeks in hospital is so long. Many people couldnt cope. Goes to show what a strong person you are.You are kind and strong.xxx

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Aww thanks Pea.  You are the second person to tell me this week that I am kind @greenpea 😄💖

In one of our MH group therapy sessions on the weekend we were each individually asked to name some qualities we have. I hate having to contribute to this sort of thing, so I just quietly mumbled that I couldnt think of any.

The facilitator said it was nice that I always had a lovely smile for everyone throughout the day. And another lady piped up and said that she thought I was one of the kindest people she knew, and that I always seemed to go out of my way to help others. That was really sweet of her, but unfortunately it caused me to blubber lots of tears. Silly old me huh?
