@Ru-bee   I got some sun earlier today too which was good. I had a zoom chat organised with a friend but they’ve just cancelled. It’s been a bit rough today with one mental health service psychiatrist and another disagreeing on what I need. One of them hasn’t met me just gone over my file so they want to see me Friday for another medicine review. I’m literally in the midst of a cross taper so this has really unsettled me.

Im ok. Been a bit of a day but I’ll get through it.

Yeah that'd be really frustrating @Cuddlebear, I can understand how that'd be unsettling.
