@StuF - yeah, I tend to go to the news at least twice a day. I read it on my phone. Someone only asked me yesterday, "Do you read the news everyday?" I had to say yes lol.

..how weird is that @SmilingGecko  .. I just found a book/plan ok for men from 90s I used w success back then. ordered it. noom in bin in couple days  used to go to a group for the plan in book, will use online PT on FB if need it lol gutbusters gary egger
